HOW ORDERING WORKS/ FAQS
Quality Over Quantity.
1) Place & pay for your order on the "Order Here" page of our website. Please do not place your order through the "Contact Submission Form" on the Home Page. We will not accept orders being placed through the contact submission form.
2) We will personally contact you the morning of your delivery or pick up to confirm. To enforce social distancing, we will text you a picture of your order on your door step within seconds of its arrival. If you wish for us to ring the doorbell & hand it to you, just let us know!
As of July 19, we are allowing pick up. To pick up, you will be texted or e-mailed instructions for a porch pick up. When placing your order, please provide your cell phone number.
When will I receive my order?
We deliver between 12pm and 4pm Tuesday through Saturday.
We have a new feature that allows you to choose your delivery or pick up day. If it shows "SOLD OUT" it means we are completely booked for the specific item you are trying to order for that specific delivery/pick up day. If you choose to have multiple delivery/pick up days, please place a separate order.
We book up very quickly because there is just two of us doing all of the order taking, going & getting ingredients, baking, and delivering so we like to focus on "Quality Over Quantity". Sometimes we sell out within a few hours.
Where are you located?
As of July 19, 2020 we moved from the St. Matthews to the Shively area.
Do you have a store front/pick up available?
We are a home based baking business (for now) and offer porch pick up as of July 19,2020. We are certified with the local and state health department and have our license on hand if you ever have any questions. For privacy reasons, we do not post our address but will text or e-mail you our address the morning of your pick up.
What is on your menu?
Our menu changes weekly so we can constantly provide fun and seasonal items. Our menu usually consists of 3-4 breads, and 3-4 sweets. NEW MENU IS POSTED EVERY SATURDAY AT 4PM ON FACEBOOK AND ON OUR "ORDER HERE" PAGE. If you miss out on ordering due to us being sold out, please try again for the following Saturday!
Do you take custom order?
Yes, we love custom orders! If it has flour, butter, or sugar,we can probably make it happen!
Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
An order under $25 will pay a $5 delivery fee automatically through the website store. Any order over $25 and within 15 miles of us does not have to pay a delivery fee.
You can choose your delivery area at check out and it will automatically tell you the extra mileage fee if you are out of our 15 mile radius. If you do not see your specific area on the drop down menu, please choose the closest area to you.

If we do not answer, please leave a voicemail. Since there is only two of us, we try and get back to everyone as quickly as we can so please bare with us.
